Review

This book is part of a series. If you start here, you will be confused. Go check out Witchling if you're interested in exploring the world of the D'Artigo sisters.Liked:* I went back over my ratings for some of the previous books in the series and it seems like Menolly's voice appeals to me the most. She's got a lot to deal with in her life, and she deals with it well. She acknowledges her problems/trauma but doesn't slip into brooding. * The relationship between the sisters remains awesome and one of my favorite parts of the series.* The main plot of the book was strong and focused. The side elements were well-integrated with the overall plot or were minor enough to not detract.Liked Less:* Some of the plot points were a little too convenient. Overall, a great installment in the series. I really enjoyed it. Also, the narrator for the audiobook is excellent.
